Marking our sixth acquisition for Team Magnitude – and right on the heels of our Agility Multichannel acquisition – Magnitude is closing out 2017 with another celebratory and significant milestone: Today, we acquired Innowera, a global software provider that enables users to more efficiently manage SAP processes and workflows for productivity and data management.
Magnitude is all about enabling our customers to derive data-driven insights that yield real business results … while also reducing time to market and maximizing productivity. Nowhere is this more impactful than within ERP systems, and specifically, SAP. Innowera will provide us with a foothold in the SAP ecosystem, expanding our addressable SAP market by 3x.
One of the largest global ERP providers, and the leader in enterprise information management based on revenue according to Gartner, SAP represents a significant market opportunity for the combined solutions of Magnitude and Innowera. Our collective portfolio will facilitate faster, more accurate reporting and analytics across customers’ disparate application environments.
With Innowera, we’re not only immediately expanding our portfolio of SAP solutions, but also gaining broadening our reach to target users in the Office of Finance, a key customer for Magnitude SourceConnect (co-innovated with SAP).
And let’s not forget the power of the Innowera solution set: it increases user productivity and delivers time savings by enabling non-technical (and technical) users to interact with SAP faster and more easily using mediums such as email and mobile … a competitive differentiator. Together, Magnitude and Innowera (now a Magnitude company) will deliver solutions that unify the enterprise across increasingly fragmented application environments, including solutions that simplify critical data access, as well as enable management and visibility for SAP users that traditionally required complex programming with limited results.
Of course, even within a growth orientation, customer success must be our top priority. As of today, that includes taking care of Innowera’s loyal – and growing – customer base. Our combined teams will bring better and new ways to harness the fragmented digital landscape for business benefit for our collective customers.
