Professional Services Offerings

Strategic Services

The team works with you to design a solution that fits seamlessly into your overall enterprise information management strategy. We can also help you hone that strategy as your organization grows and changes over time. Our consultants and architects will review your goals, KPIs, business processes and data environment, and then tailor the implementation to your unique requirements.

Implementation

Depending on the products involved and your needs, your implementation may be turnkey or fully customized. Either way, Magnitude’s agile approach is based on best practices learned across hundreds of implementations. This enables our consultants to establish your environment and get your solution operational much more quickly. As your partner, we work to help build your in-house capability to manage the solution and promote its adoption within your user base.

Upgrades

Keeping your Magnitude solution up-to-date is vital to ensuring not only peak performance, but also operational integrity of your investment. When your own time and resources are in short supply, we can manage the process to upgrade your platform to the latest releases of our products. We’ll assess your current solution, identify benefits and potential challenges of an upgrade, and ensure a seamless transition that minimizes disruption and downtime. As part of the upgrade process, we will train your administrator and users on new features and functionality.

Advisory Services

Our partnership continues post-implementation. Whether you simply need advice or hands-on assistance to overcome an obstacle or execute a specific project, Magnitude’s consultants are always available to lend their expertise. Some examples of project-specific consulting include migration, the development of custom dashboards, reports and views; model reviews; and architectural best practice advice.

Performance and Tuning

The reports and metrics you find most important may be unique to your company. Your systems, machine resources, data volume, quality, and content are also proprietary.  Our expert consultants will take these factors into account when optimizing your system to meet your most demanding business requirements.
