Introducing New Customer Support Portal

It’s been just over a month since Noetix and Kalido merged to form Magnitude Software.  As part of our ongoing commitment to customer success, we are pleased to introduce a new customer portal with improved usability and performance designed to enhance our user community experience.

The new portal will go live on June 16, 2014.  Take a sneak peek at the new UI!

Highlights include:

More Intuitive User Interface — One click access to incidents, history of recent items visited, and more user-friendly terminology

Improved Search — Faster search response and a more broad search across the entire community including articles (formerly known as answers)

Improved Navigation — Access the knowledge base or navigate to software downloads directly from the main menu

Comprehensive Asset Detail — Complete list of license information for your company including purchase date, license date, and end date in one convenient location

Prior to site launch, customers should continue to use the current Online Support System for all of your support needs.  Please note that the support system will be offline June 14-15 as we migrate to the new platform.  Look for a Support Bulletin a few days prior to go-live for more information and a video tour.
